Every vintage of Del Vino Vineyards Wine is crafted to strike a perfect balance between beautiful fruit, silky tannins, and a lingering finish, allowing for a graceful evolution in the bottle. Our wine collection is available for purchase in our tasting room during business hours.
Suprema® Red Blend
Our “Royal Blend” displays fruit on the nose into flavors of fresh cherries & figs with subtle notes of earthy herbs. Medium tannins that finish dry with a peppery complexity.
Grande® Super Tuscan
A bold aroma expresses hints of mocha, into a full mouthfeel with a lush tannic structure displaying flavors of juicy black berry & dark cherry notes finishing dry.
Ultimo®
Ruby red with purple highlights, bright on the nose with a pleasant mocha aroma. Displays subtle boldness with flavors of ripe, dark plums & rich cherries. Finishing dry with an intense & lush flavor.
Vin Santo
Expresses a berry medley aroma into a light to medium body. With moderate tannic value, presenting bright, summer fruit with a lush juiciness savor that carries to a subtle dry finish.
Alto Chardonnay
A bouquet of crisp pears & granny smith apples, into a medium body & mouthfeel. Displaying flavors of tropical fruit & notes of lemon zest, finishing enjoyable dry.
Bobina® Pinot Grigio
Crisp with balanced acidity that brings vibrancy to the palate. Bright citrus notes of lemon zest complemented by delicate hints of honeysuckle, adds a subtle floral lift. Finishing clean & refreshing.
Ventola® Sauvignon Blanc
An aromatic profile, notes of ripe white peach & apricot into a fresh lemongrass palate. Undertones of citrus zest, offer structure followed by a barely perceptible sweetness. Finishing energizing & dry.
Riesling
Our Riesling is a light body white with a fresh aroma, citrus flavors and a touch of pineapple and pear that finishes dry & crisp on the palate.
Orange Blossom
Aroma of an orange blossom blooming, balanced by crisp acidity leads into ripe, oranges & apricots, expressing a fine mouthfeel, leaving with a fruit forward, sweet harmonic taste.
Rosé
A harmonious medley of varietals: Syrah brings ripe strawberries, Merlot layers hints of cherry, Cabernet Franc contributes structure, elevating depth & poise. Crisp & clean finish with a satisfying refined edge.
Reserve Wines
2019 Amanti
A brut-style sparkling wine offers a golden hue that exhibits a refreshing aroma with a crisp flavor of citrus & fruitiness that finishes dry on the palate.
2020 Amore
Offers a luxurious, mocha oak aroma & fruit-forward profile with hints of fresh cherries & dark, ripe fruit such as plums & figs. Finishing dry on the palate with warm, satisfying spice.
2021 Super Tuscan
Aromas of toasted cherry oak into flavors of bing cherry & red fruit with a hint of vanilla. A distinguished character profile of a Super Tuscan, finishing complex, dry with an oaked cherry spice.
2019 Signature Blend
Aged on French oak, expresses rich aromas of toasted mocha & dark fruit. Into a lush, full body mouthfeel displaying firm tannins & bold taste. Flavors of wild berry & ripe plum, carrying the velvety feel into a dry finish.
2021 Malbec Reserve
Exhibits a combination of fruit with a touch of sweet tobacco on the nose, merging the richness of Malbec & the subtle softness of Merlot. Expressing red fruit & fine blueberries flowing to a dry & pleasing light spicy finish.

Deep violet hues, opens with aromas of red & black cherry. Bold notes of dark plum & subtle toasted mocha undertone. Firm tannins provide structure & depth, while allowing the fruitiness of the grape to shine.
Del Vino Vineyards Winemaking Practice

Owners and winemakers Lisa & Fred Giachetti believe there is a symbiotic relationship between what happens in the Vineyard and what happens in their cellar. Together, they determine the best approach to farming their 40 acres, carefully evaluating soils, sun exposure, climate, and slope to determine the most effective rootstock, clones, irrigation, and other aspects of grape-growing.

Their teams' intimate connection with the vines means they know every inch of the Vineyard. They farm all of the vineyards themselves. Stewardship of this remarkable land is something they do not take lightly.

How to store Del Vino Wine​
To ensure our high quality, please note our following recommendations when storing and handling Del Vino Vineyards wine!
Red Wine

The wine should be stored in a cool, dry place at 58 degrees Fahrenheit. A wine refrigerator is ideal!

Store bottles upside down or on its side. Make sure the cork is in contact with the wine inside the bottle. This will prevent any diffusion of air through the cork and protect the wine from oxidation.

It is best served at 60-65 degrees Fahrenheit utilizing a decanter or aerator.
White Wine/Rose

The wine should be stored in a cool, dry place at 55-60 degrees Fahrenheit.

Before service, move into a refrigerator to drop the temperature between 38-40 degrees Fahrenheit.

Best served and consumed chilled and from an ice bucket!
